The Onvo L90 full-size electric SUV from Nio with a swappable battery will enter China with a starting price under 300,000 yuan (41,870 USD). This six-seat family driver boasts a 900V high-voltage system, up to 440 kW (590 hp), and a 605 km CLTC range.
Onvo is a mass-market car brand launched by Nio in May 2024 to elevate the sales volume. The model line of this young brand currently comprises a single model, which is the L60 fastback crossover priced at 206,900 yuan (28,875 USD). Its cumulative sales from September 2024 to May 2025 reached 46,223 units in China, according to China EV DataTracker. Soon, the second Onvo-branded model will enter the domestic market.
Onvo L90 price
During the online broadcast, Nio co-founder and CEO William Li said that the Onvo L90’s price tag will start below 300,000 yuan in China. It is worth mentioning that the L90 will have a cheaper five-seat variant called the Onvo L80. It is expected to launch after the L90. However, William Li didn’t mention the L80’s starting price in his speech.
